The high level objectives of the Consultancy are:
- Consolidate Evidence & Learning: Review and synthesize program documentation across all participating country programmes and global IHART workstreams (2022–2026).
- Author an External-Facing Impact Paper: Produce an analytical, engaging, and evidence-backed paper highlighting achievements, structural changes, localization milestones, and youth leadership outcomes against the overarching program objectives.
- Produce Accessible Summaries: Develop an executive summary and stand-alone youth-facing visual brief tailored directly for frontline youth networks, peer practitioners, and external humanitarian/resilience stakeholders.
Expected deliverables for the Consultancy:
- Inception Note & Annotated Outline: Outlining the structural narrative, thematic sections and data-point highlights (within 5 working days of contract signing).
- First Draft Report: Full draft of the External Impact Paper including an embedded 1 – 2 page Executive Summary.
- Final Written Impact Paper: A refined, copy-edited English manuscript incorporating all consolidated ActionAid feedback.
