We are looking for a sales representative to work from home. This is a full time position and you would be required to work the hours below. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of phone sales experience OR 1+ years of SOLAR experience.
If you DO NOT have the above experience, your application will be politely declined. We are looking for precise agents with specific background experience. Being a work from home job, we can hire anywhere in the US and hire the top sales superstars around the country to work for us!
Our agents make outbound calls to homeowners who opted in to hear about their solar options. We will give you the leads so you do not have to create your own. We do have a fast moving “Master Agent” program where that agent gets warm inbound leads and your income could potentially increase by 20%-40%… Good sales agents can move up to this very quickly!
You will be required to clock in and work everyday from:
Monday-Thursday: 7pm-11pm EST / 4pm – 8pm PST
Friday: 1pm-5pm EST / 10am – 2pm PST

WANTED: Conversationalist with strong oral communication skills who will talk to warm solar leads about going solar. All of our clients we talk to, have had previous interest in Solar, and it is our job, to connect them with one of the solar companies we work with in that area.

Required Skills:
– Previous telecommunications, sales, marketing, or cold calling experience
– Strong rapport building skills
– Phone sales experience ( 3+ years) or Solar sales (1+ years)
– The capability to tailor communication to a variety of audiences
– Candidates with previous solar experience and knowledge would be an added plus!
Agents can make an extra $25-$100 each day from hitting a specific number of sales!
$200 for the top producer at the end of each pay-period
