This is a full time position. Team members must be able to commit to a consistent schedule during traditional working hours, but we are very flexible with our staff in setting ideal schedules that meet their needs as well as ours.
The ideal candidate for this work-from-home position is someone who is insightful, intelligent, self-starting, and an efficient time manager. Work functions cover all may include, but not be limited to:
o Bank reconciliations
o Credit card reconciliations
o Daily sales report entry
o Reconciliation of other accounts, such as petty cash accounts, house bank accounts, cash and credit card receivables, accounts
o Payroll journal entry
o Make accurate journal entries with minimal direction
o Accounts Payable
o Working closely with Senior Staff Accountants and Client Managers and other team members to ensure complete, responsive coverage for all of our clients.
Candidates should have a minimum of an Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel. Reliability, intelligence, attitude, and a solid understanding of the fundamentals of accounting are the most important attributes for this position.
