ABOUT THE SALES DEVELOPMENT REP POSITION
In this position, you will be contacting small business owners (email + phone call) in one given niche in order to set up appointments to demo our service.
If you want, after time, you will learn to conduct sales demos yourself and earn hefty commissions.
You will be provided with everything you need to be successful including proven sales scripts, email templates, and coaching/mentoring.
You will learn invaluable, professional sales skills you can use for the rest of your career.
SKILLS NEEDED
- Social: You must LOVE working with and talking with people. You cannot get sick of it.
- Telephone COLD CALLING experience *or something similar.
- Communication: You must be a skilled communicator and always be a great active listener.
- Self Motivated: You must be committed to being a better “you” every day.
- Disciplined: You must be able to hold yourself accountable to hit individual sales targets
- We require a minimum of 25 hours a week worked for this position. Also, each team member will be required to attend weekly mandatory 30-minute morning sales meeting every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (10am EST).
