This position requires the Customer Support Agent to have a suitable at-home work environment including your own PC and access to reliable high-speed Internet. We are currently looking to train all shifts at a rate of $15.00 per hour. Start Date: ASAP
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills involving a wide range of activities.
Your typical day will include:
· Using Zendesk customer support software to respond to students and instructors questions/concerns via email and instant messaging
· Reviewing Automated Proctoring sessions
· Assist in organizing customer related data and communications
We will provide:
· Paid Remote Training
Required Education:
· 2 years of college or equivalent
· 1 year experience using Zendesk customer support software
· 1 year prior experience in Professional IT
Required Skills:
· Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally
· Sympathize with customers (when appropriate)
· Multi-Task
· Work independently
· Follow the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
· Type at a minimum of 30 wpm
· Meet reasonable customer satisfaction goals
