Women Win Internship Opportunities
Duration: October 2025 – March/April 2026
Location: Remote (CET hours required)
Time Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week (flexible, Monday–Friday)
Stipend: €300 per month
About Women Win
Founded in 2007, Women Win (WW) is a global multi-dimensional women’s fund working toward a future where every girl and woman exercises their rights. WW collaborates with diverse partners to increase the assets, access, voice, and agency of women and girls worldwide.
WW’s work is distributed across three core brands:
- GRLS – advancing gender equity in sport and through play
- Win-Win Strategies – building bridges for women’s economic resilience
- Ignita – resourcing feminist initiatives and movements
Cross-cutting teams include: Finance & Operations, Learn, Influence, and People & Culture.
Available Internship Roles
1. Funds Team
Focus Areas: FREE STEM Fund, FREE GROW Fund, ONSIDE Fund
Responsibilities:
- Grantmaking support and database maintenance
- Data visualization and presentation development
- Event logistics for grantee convenings
Ideal Candidate: - Interest in grantmaking and participatory funding
- Basic data analysis/visualization skills (Canva, Dovetail, Tableau a plus)
2. Learn Team
Responsibilities:
- Clean and standardize datasets for WW Funds
- Analyze data for insights, trends, and gaps
- Develop qualitative coding tag bank (Dovetail)
- Support MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning)
Ideal Candidate: - Background in international development, social sciences, communications, or business
- Interest in data cleaning and MEL
- Experience with Excel, Dovetail, Salesforce (desirable)
- Detail-oriented and focused
3. GRLS Accompaniment Team
Focus Areas: adidas Breaking Barriers, Nike Gender Inclusion Learning Journey
Responsibilities:
- Create content on gender inclusion in sport
- Co-facilitate workshops with sport-for-development organizations
- Develop gender inclusion tools and resources
- Conduct desk research on best practices
Ideal Candidate: - Background in gender studies, sport management, education, or pedagogy
- Interest in sport as a tool for social change
- Facilitation skills and experience with virtual tools
4. Win-Win Strategies Accompaniment Team
Focus Areas: Resilience Fund, Building Bridges, Corporate Engagement
Responsibilities:
- Support Learning Hub activities (session prep, materials)
- Conduct qualitative data analysis and translate findings into communications
Ideal Candidate: - Background in international development, social sciences, communications, or business
- Interest in corporate partnerships and women’s economic empowerment
Common Responsibilities (All Interns)
- Administrative support (scheduling, agendas, notes)
- Research and information gathering
- File management and data organization
- Content preparation and communications support
- Meeting and event logistics coordination
Your Profile (All Interns)
- Currently studying or recent graduate (within 6 months)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of social justice issues
- Genuine interest in nonprofit work and Women Win’s mission
- Own equipment for remote work (computer, camera, microphone, reliable internet)
