Website Support Specialist (Remote)

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Customers Success, Support Services and customers to support their live implementations and help them meet their website support needs by problem solving or implementing new features. We need a developer who can help us make our customers raving fans, so you’ll need to be friendly, communicate well in writing and on the phone, take the initiative, and be able to solve problems.

Key responsibilities: *

  • Work with clients to meet their support needs for their websites.
  • Unleash your creativity to imagine unique solutions to client requests and website updates.
  • Develop, update, and maintain websites and content management systems (primarily WordPress using Elementor, built on Kurtosys DXM).
  • Write and edit CSS, JS and HTML for optimal responsive device performance.
  • Consistently demonstrate high standards in timeliness, organization, communication, and work quality.

We expect that you’ll have:

  • Experience in WordPress development and management – a must.
  • Experience with Elementor (or similar site-builders such as DIVI or WPBakery) frameworks.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery.
  • A keen understanding of responsive web development.
  • The ability to set and deliver upon realistic timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tuned organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Experience working on scrum teams.
  • Team player.

What this position is NOT:

  • Coding websites from scratch.
