What does “Peer Workshop” mean?

Our workshops are not delivered by lecturers. Instead, they are based on peer-to-peer learning, supported by CCHN facilitators and experts. You’ll be invited to share your own experiences in negotiation to learn with and from others. These sessions are highly interactive, and participants will be divided into small groups of 5–7 to foster dialogue and exchange.
