Frank Dalitso Chozenga: (FCCA, MCM, B.ACC)

Frank is currently working as Executive Head: Financial Planning and analysis and MIS for Vodacom Mozambique, based in Maputo, a role he has held for the past four years.

Frank has over ten years experience in international assignments having worked for Airtel Africa, based in Nairobi, Kenya for 6 years. Frank started his career as an Auditor with Deloitte before joining Malawi Telecommunication Limited.

He later Joined Zain/Airtel Malawi before being re-located to the Head office in Nairobi. Key areas of expertise include Financial planning, Business strategy, and Mobile financial services market development. His interests include motivation of young people to excel academically, mentorship and developing professionals in business and accounting.

Frank graduated from University of Malawi, The Polytechnic with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree with Distinction. He is a holder of a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Management from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered certified Accountant (FCCA) of the UK.

Frank is currently a PHD Student with Regent University (Virginia, USA) pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational leadership (Entrepreneurial concentration).

Dr. Richard J. Munthali

Richard Junganiko Munthali (PhD) is the Research Statistician and Researcher at Wits Reproductive Health and HIV Unit Institute under University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

After his PhD, Dr Munthali went on and successfully completed a Postdoc Fellowship at University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He graduated with a PhD in Bioinformatics from University of the Witwatersrand (RSA) in 2017.

He is dynamic, multi-disciplinary trained individual. Dr Munthali is a seasoned and accomplished biostatistician, bioinformatician and data scientist with extensive experience doing public health research. Dr Munthali is an affiliate in the bioinformatics group at the College of Medicine (CoM). He has been exposed to world-class research institutions through different fellowships such as the University of Cambridge (UK), Emory University (USA) and University of Zurich (Switzerland) among others.

Dr Munthali is one of the Group Admins for the Facebook Group, Scholarships Opportunities for Malawians. This group shares and mentors the youth who are looking for opportunities in Malawi and abroad.
Lusungu Kacheche-Dzinkambani Lusungu currently works as Corporate Advocacy and Policy Manager at Amref Health Africa (Headquarters) in Nairobi, Kenya. Previously she worked as Governance Program Manager and Southern African Governance Program Lead with Oxfam in Malawi. Lusungu has worked as Executive Director – of Development Communications Trust in Malawi.

Lusungu holds a Master of Science in Education for Sustainability (Sustainable Development) -with Distinction from London South Bank University.

Walusungu Ngulube

Walusungu Lulukile Ngulube is a development practitioner with a demonstrated history of delivering results in the development sector at Community, National, Continental, and International level.

She is currently working as Field coordinator with United Nations Development Programme(UNDP) in South Sudan. Prior to that she worked with the African Union on Youth development projects. Walusungu is the founder of Inspiration Koner Youth-Led Initiative a grassroots NGO in Malawi.
