Speaker: Charly Pierluigi – Researcher, Evaluator and Trainer, specialized in Quality & Accountability at Groupe URD. Charly brings over a decade of experience in the aid sector, initially focusing on WASH project management in emergency contexts. He has transitioned through roles in operational coordination and quality management, notably with Handicap International Federation. Joining Groupe URD in 2022, he has been instrumental in the revision of the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) and leads training on project evaluations using the CHS framework.
