Partners In Health (PIH) is launching a multi-country TB study to generate evidence on the TB response approach called Research to Enhance Screening Outcomes in Lesotho and Vietnam to End TB (RESOLVE TB). The study will be conducted in Lesotho and Vietnam. The RESOLVE TB study will address knowledge gaps in efforts to search for, treat, and prevent (STP) tuberculosis (TB) and post-TB sequelae by leveraging robust community TB screening programs and partnerships with TB treatment programs in Lesotho and Vietnam. RESOLVE-TB is supported by generous anonymous donors at Partners In Health (PIH) and implemented in collaboration with PIH-Lesotho, Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, FIT (Vietnam), and national TB programs.
The organisation further has the NNP2 Project that focuses on essential investments aimed at improving the safety, functionality, and dignity of PIH-supported health facilities to enhance the delivery of quality patient care. The initiative seeks to strengthen healthcare infrastructure and operational systems in alignment with the OnePIH Strategic Plan, specifically contributing to Pathway 1: Building Resilient Health Systems. Through these investments, the project aims to create safe, efficient, and patient-centered healthcare environments that support sustainable health outcomes and resilient service delivery.
