Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Assist with event setup, table service, clearing, and maintaining clean service areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and support the smooth running of the event.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, waitron, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Professional, well-groomed, and able to represent a high-quality brand.
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player who remains professional under pressure.
- Experience serving at corporate, VIP, or formal events is advantageous.
