Job Summary:
The waitress will provide excellent customer service to patrons.
Responsibilities
including taking orders, serving beverages, handling customers inquires and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibility:
- Customer Services.
- Greet and seat customers promptly.
- Take accurate customer orders.
- Serve orders in a lively and efficient manner.
Order Management:
- Use the point-of-sale system to process payments.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet customer expectations.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
Cleanliness and Safety:
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors and service station.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a waitress or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills..
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairing and preparation.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be professional.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate Hospitality, Tourism.
- Prior experience in a bar, club, or restaurant setting preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale system is a plus.
