Job description:
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Interacting with customer by taking orders, processing payments, providing accurate bills, and making recommendations
- Greeting customers and distributing menus
- Checking back on customers for satisfaction
Requirements:
- Must be aged 25 – 35
- Must reside in Hlotse Leribe
- Must have at least LGCSE/ COSC
- Have a sense of humour, be friendly and attentive
- Have the general knowledge of Beer, Wine and other beverages to make recommendations and answer questions
- Have an understanding of food pairing for beverages orders
- Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and night shifts
