Naks Lounge is looking for a bubbly, friendly and customer-focused Waitress to join their team.

Location
Ha Makhalanyane, next to Bus Stop
Note: Applicants residing around Ha Makhalanyane are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly, warm and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are served promptly.
- Engage with customers and ensure they have an enjoyable experience at Naks Lounge.
- Respond to customer questions, requests and concerns courteously and professionally.
- Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with Naks Lounge policies.
- Keep tables, service areas and surroundings spaces clean, neat and presentable at all times.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain an efficient service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and customer service.
- Assist with other reasonable duties necessary for the smooth running of the lounge.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Minimum Requirements
- A Degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
- Certificate/Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, bar or hospitality environment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be bubbly, friendly, energetic and welcoming.
- Must have a pleasant and happy personality with a genuine passion for interacting with customers.
- Strong customer-service skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal presentation and attention to cleanliness.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ha Makhalanyane.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
