About Us
We are a bunch of technology and wellness enthusiasts that have a passion for helping people feel better through the power of aroma diffusers and essential oils. We created volant for this: a handmade stone diffuser with a minimalistic Scandinavian design.
We have had an amazing journey so far and have helped over 35,000 customers since we started in 2020. Now we are preparing to make hundreds of thousands of diffusers and are ready to launch volant outside of Europe. We are looking for someone to fill a VP Marketing role.
The role
You’ll be the first employee in our marketing team and will get the unique opportunity to form and lead the marketing of our products across all platforms. Joining volant in the early stages, you will have a key role in the company. You’ll be doing hands-on work in the beginning before building and structuring a marketing team.
Your tasks
- Storyboard, plan and create content for ads (videos, images, copy)
- Instruct and manage freelancers, photographs, video editors and influencers to produce creatives
- Write copy for the ads and manage translators/copywriters to get the copy localised to all countries needed
- Work hands-on in ad managers, uploading and optimising ads
- Ensure consistency in our messaging and content across all our platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Email, Website, Google, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok and organic SOME
- Work with the customer satisfaction team and conduct research on our customers (cold calling, reading forums, etc.) to understand our customers better
- Plan, recruit and build our marketing team
- Optimise our website for conversion rate
- Play a key role in the overall company strategy

You are passionate about creating engaging and converting content – scroll stopping ads, copywriting that grabs attention. You should be someone who:
- Can take on a huge workload while maintaining high-quality output

- Is great with numbers and analytics
- Has a good eye for detail combined with quick execution
- Is creative and has the ability to think outside the box
- Is experienced in creating and running ads on a large scale
