Collaborating with various stakeholders, we tackle unemployment, educational gaps, and socio-economic inequality in Lesotho. We are expanding our community development efforts and seek passionate professionals to join our volunteer team for program execution and resource mobilization.
Positions Available:
Volunteer Program’s Manager
– Location: Hybrid (Remote/On-site)

– Reports to: Managing Director
– Role Overview: Lead the design and evaluation of community-driven programs aligned with our mission, ensuring impactful outcomes.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Lead program planning and execution.
– Develop project frameworks and impact monitoring tools.
– Supervise volunteer teams and maintain stakeholder communication.
– Prepare reports and monitor budgets.
– Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Development Studies, Public Administration, or Project Management.
– 3+ years managing development or nonprofit programs.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
