Chris Baylis is the President and CEO of The Sponsorship Collective and a confessed sponsorship geek. Chris launched The Sponsorship Collective with one goal in mind, to build best-in-class sponsorship programs for his clients and help them achieve their revenue goals through coaching, consulting, training, and education.

We’re looking for a virtual assistant who is confident, driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable. You will be Chris’ gatekeeper, helping him to stay structured and organized in his roles as the CEO and Head of Marketing and Sales.

Some of your responsibilities will include managing his calendar and the support email inbox, managing social media accounts, uploading and verifying blog posts, working with the accountant and providing documentation requested, assisting with payroll, invoicing, uploading videos, screening potential client applications, taking meeting notes and action items, tracking metrics, various projects, maintaining processes and procedures, and handling a variety of other administrative tasks.

You’ll need experience with the following tools:

  • Google Suite
  • Social Media (for a business)

Knowing these tools is a plus!

  • ActiveCampaign
  • WordPress (basic skills)
  • Just Call

Position Details

  • This position is a contractor (1099) position
  • Flexible hours – Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM EST – Morning hours are needed to get the day started
  • This is a full time (40 hours per week) position
  • The pay rate for this position is $25/hr USD
  • We’re looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
