VP of Product & Engineering (Remote)
Floify is looking for an experienced VP of Product & Engineering to oversee and manage our teams of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, front, and backend engineers, and oversee the building of the web and mobile apps in a scalable, controllable, and predictable way. You will lead the teams to continue designing, building, and supporting world-class web and mobile apps for our customers while improving company systems for a better technical workflow process. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid foundation in the general oversight of the product, roadmap development, QA, software architecture, and development teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead product & development teams in a B2B SaaS software business
- Deliver a well rounded product roadmap from idea conception to product release in a predictable and scalable manner
- Ensure a security focus in all stages of the development lifecycle
- Coach the teams to produce quality, cutting edge, and industry changing web and mobile apps
- Navigate product and development deadlines and requirements by using cycles and sprints
- Oversee the consistency of the user experience to build a cutting edge product
- Recruit and develop top product and engineering talent
- Annual salary $150-$200k
What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done:
- Floify headquarters located in Boulder, CO, but this position can be full-time remote from anywhere
- 5+ years of expert level experience leading product & development teams in a B2B SaaS software business
- Successful SaaS deliverables management using cycles and sprints
- Expert level knowledge of product processes and software architecture development using Java, React, and other common languages
- Proven success and a strong interest in delivering a well rounded product roadmap on time
