Vice President Network Strategy (Remote)

The Vice President of Network Strategy is responsible for managing all activities related to network consulting services delivered to Clients. Such services will include but not be limited to building Medicare/Medicaid provider networks, network adequacy analysis, provider relations and general consulting activities. Management activities include consultant recruiting, consultant training, business development, managing and overseeing all consulting projects and services related to this practice.

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit new consultants or other staff necessary to execute Client network projects
  • Knowledge and experience developing Health Services Delivery (HSD) Tables
  • Coordinate strategies for client development in conjunction with appropriate business partners
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of consultants and/or project managers deployed on projects
  • Develop new consulting services for the practice area to meet the needs of clients and enhance practice revenue
  • Responsible for the development of new and refining of existing scopes of work to assure that they meet the industry’s current needs.

Education & Experience**

  • 10+ year’s senior management level experience in Medicare Advantage Plan focusing on network development.
  • Undergraduate or graduate (preferred) degree in business management or other related focus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40-60%
