Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) awarded Contract LHDA 6015A: Construction of Resettlement Villages and Replacement Housing within the Polihali Site Establishment Area to Sixty15 Joint Venture (Sixty15 JV) consisting of the three companies, Motjetjepa Investments T/A Eagle Construction, Afro-Asia Engineering, and Geo Construction. Sixty15 JV, therefore, seeks to employ Basotho Nationals with the appropriate skills and experience to fill the positions below.
1. Site Driver x5 Minimum Code B license – experience in defensive driving will be an added advantage. Transporting materials, equipment and tools between the site and various locations, also help with the loading and unloading as needed. 5 Years.
2. Site HR x1 Diploma in Human Resource Management. Overseeing recruitment, selection and onboarding of new site employees. Solving disputes and conflicts on site. 3 years.
3. Procurement Manager x1 Bachelor’s degree in business Admin/ Business Management / Supply Chain Management. Receiving and recording all requisitions, verifying and checking deliveries, issuing stock material as per approved requisitions and monitoring stock. 5 years as Procurement Manager in Construction Industry.
4. Site Accountant/ Clerk x3 Certified Accounting Technician/ Diploma in Business Management. Maintain accurate financial records including budgeting, invoicing and payroll. Manage site Petty Cash and all accounting functions. 3 years.
5. Site Chef x2 Certificate in Hospitality/ Food Management. Planning and preparing meals for site workers, managing food inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies, Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Maintaining Health and Food Safety standards. 7 years.
6. Site Admin x1 Diploma in Office Administration / Business Management. Handling communication with clients, suppliers, procurement manager and head office staff and liaising with them regarding site workers’ records and hours worked. Minimum 3 years in Construction Industry.
7. Site Nurse x3 Diploma in Nursing Assistance. Provide First Aid and health care to site workers, including minor injuries. 5 years.
8. Office Administrator x1 Diploma in Office Administration. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Minimum 5 years in Construction Industry.
9. Motor Mechanic x2 Certificate in Motor Mechanics. Daily diagnosis of all plant and vehicles. Ordering of parts. Performing routine maintenance. Minimum 15 years in repairs of yellow plant and heavy-duty vehicles.
10. Concrete Batching Plant Manager x1 Diploma in Civil Engineering / Concrete Technology. Plant operations Deliveries and maintenance. Quality and safety. Minimum 10 years in high-volume batching
