Overview:

The Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Lesotho (BCMCFL), is the result of a public-private partnership between Baylor College of Medicine International Paediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) and the Government of Lesotho, and is a legal, non-profit/tax exempt organization registered in Lesotho. BCMCFL provides free paediatric and family-centred HIV and tuberculosis prevention, care, treatment, and support, serving thousands of children and families affected by HIV, TB, or other child health conditions.

Lesotho/Local Entities Advancing and Driving Health Responses (LEADR) is an upcoming multi-year project funded by USAID intended to provide effective decentralized, differentiated, and integrated facility and community services to maximize equitable access to comprehensive HIV, TB, and COVID-19 interventions through a primary health care approach to ensure that clients have access to holistic services. Its goal is to support the Government of Lesotho to deliver high-quality integrated prevention, care and treatment services that will sustain the reduction in HIV, TB, and COVID-19 transmission, morbidity, and mortality in Lesotho through the implementation of a comprehensive, person-centered approach. The project will be implemented in Butha Buthe and Mokhotlong districts and at the BCMCFL Maseru Centre of Excellence (COE) and Mohale’s Hoek Satellite Center of Excellence (SCOE).

BCMCFL is looking for highly qualified candidates to fill in the following positions on a full-time, Fixed-Term Contract basis.

Interested Basotho candidates who meet the criteria must email applications letters including CVs, certified copies of educational certificates and identity document, a certified copy of current registration for health professional positions with Lesotho Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Council, Lesotho Nursing Council as well as the Social Worker Association Lesotho where applicable, and three work-related referees with contact details (one should be from a current supervisor/employer).

Candidates for Drivers positions must submit certified copies of valid Driver’s License, Public Permit and Defensive Driving Certificates.
