Head Chef
- Lead the kitchen with creativity, passion, and excellence
Sous Chef
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations and menu execution
Line Cooks ×2
- Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes with consistency and pride
Kitchen Assistants ×2
- Assist in food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and general support
📌 Note:
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate is mandatory for kitchen staff
FRONT OF HOUSE
Waiters/Waitresses ×6
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Create memorable dining experiences for guests
Bartenders ×2
- Craft great drinks
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain good vibes
SUPPORT
Operations Assistant (OA) ×1
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Ensure smooth daily operations
