Heritage Oven (Pty) Ltd, a newly established bakery located in Ha Leqele, is seeking three experienced and dedicated individuals to join its growing team.
Positions Available
- Baker / Production Assistant
- Bakery Sales Assistant (Front of House)
- General Bakery Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Baking bread, cakes, buns, scones, croissants, and other bakery products
- Maintaining cleanliness and strict food hygiene standards
- Serving customers and handling counter sales
- Stock control and support of daily bakery operations
- Assisting with the overall bakery workflow
Requirements
- Proven bakery work experience is essential
- Solid knowledge of baking processes and techniques
- Hands‑on experience with bread, cakes, buns, scones, croissants, or similar products
- Familiarity with food hygiene and safe food‑handling practices
- Ability to work early mornings in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail‑oriented
- Good communication and customer‑service skills
