About the position
We are growing and looking to recruit for our remote team a great UI / UX Designer that can help us deliver great digital experiences to our clients worldwide.
You’re someone that likes modern, clean, effective design that effectively conveys a message, resolves a problem or guides users through a carefully crafted experience. You enjoy working with the latest tools and producing designs that are both compliant with most UX principles as well as pleasant on the eye. You also love running and getting feedback from focus groups and user testing sessions that let you continuously improve your design skills.
Above all, you’re someone that likes to learn and keep getting better at what you do.
Position’s responsibilities are:
- Gather requirements (in collaboration with our Project Managers and Digital Strategists);
- Develop wireframes for applications and websites that help visualise clear UX ideas and concepts;
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps;
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Develop UI for entire applications (mobile and web) and websites in a modern, coherent style;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
- Conduct and/or attend user feedback sessions and work with feedback to improve user interfaces;
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images;
- Create, improve and maintain Design Systems;
Design role requirements are:
- At least one year of commercial experience, creating and delivering designs for either web or mobile;
- Portfolio of design projects is the sole way to be evaluated through;
- Ability to discuss and explain design options;
- Detail oriented;
- Experience with Adobe / Figma / inDesign / Proto.io or/and Sketch;
- Experience working with programming teams is desired, but not mandatory;
- An eye for design producing modern, beautifully crafted design;
- Adheres to UX best practices while developing any design;
- Enjoy learning and improving;
- Constantly get up to date with industry best practices;
- Critical spirit and out of the box thinking;
- Ability to multitask and work on a fast-pace environment;
- Highly motivated and works with minimum supervision and remote location.
