Position Overview
Are you a skilled professional in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration with a passion for teaching? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable lecturer to join our team!
Requirements
✔ Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field
✔ Industry experience in HVAC-R systems installation, maintenance, or design
✔ Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (mandatory)
✔ Strong communication and practical demonstration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons on AC & refrigeration principles, systems, and troubleshooting
- Conduct hands-on training in workshops and labs
- Develop course materials and assessments
- Mentor students for industry readiness
