Job Title : Treasury Dealer– MM (Grade C)
Reports to : Treasury Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The role involves conducting market intelligence to identify opportunities within the financial market for potential treasury-related business development and product innovation. Under the guidance of the Treasury Manager, the incumbent prepares both external and internal research reports covering macroeconomic and microeconomic trends. They are responsible for driving the daily implementation of the Treasury strategy and actively engaging the Sales and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) teams on market developments to support sales focus and liquidity management. The role also includes proactive support across various Treasury desks—Trading, Sales, and ALM—and providing essential administrative assistance to the Treasury Division.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts extensive market research and data analysis of the Financial Market and Economic Reports both Local and Global market.
- Prepares Daily Trading Report.
- Provides monthly Treasury MIS reporting.
- Innovates and pinpoints new areas of development based on market inclinations and financial sector development.
- Execution and administration of MM & FI Trading by working with Market Risk Reconciliation.
- Prepares and updates daily, any spreadsheets used by Treasury Front Office such as Auction Results.
- Provides administrative support of Treasury Manager.
- Builds MM & FI Client base.
- Adheres to and operates within approved regulatory, product and liquidity risk limits.
Job Requirement
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Investment Management.
- Chartered Financial Analyst Certificate and/or Professional dealing certificate is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury Funding Portfolio Management.
