KEY DELIVERABLES:


Provide effective and efficient travel management support.

  • Manage travel requests received from officials and NHBRC staff members;
  • Reconcile travel invoices with vouchers;
  • Manage Service Level Agreements with travel agencies;
  • Attend general office administration;
  • Prepare National Treasury monthly reporting on travel transactions;
  • Process all documentation according to company policies and procedures as well as document control principles, within specified set time frames to ensure compliance;
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents;
  • Provide relevant support to stakeholders with assistance as and when required and within own area of competence to assist in the achievement of team objectives;
  • Identify and recommend initiatives aimed at eliminating cost containment, improving productivity and reduce operating costs within scope and assist with the implementation thereof to contribute to the achievement of operational objectives;
  • Build, support and maintain healthy diverse internal and external relations and implement remedial actions where required;

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma will serve as an added advantage
  • Minimum 1 year’s work experience within a Corporate environment
  • Valid Driver’s License

APPOINTMENT

The above-mentioned position will be offered on a permanent basis with a Total Cost To Company package.
