Minimum Requirements…
Essential:
Grade 12 / Matric
Qualification in Human Resource Management or related field
3 -5 years’ experience in EE or HR-related position
Experience in BBBEE verification and/or consulting.
Advantageous:
Knowledge of Mpowered System.
Experience in BBBEE consulting.
Job Specification…
Actively manage B-BBEE Scorecard activities
Participate actively in the development and implementation of transformational initiatives and projects.
Maintain and monitor statistical information necessary to assess employment trends and to evaluate the progress of designated employees within occupational categories.
Provide expertise regarding BBBEE and EE to Managers.
Prepare and submit Annual EE reports and review and report on progress against EE Plan.
Coordinate annual audit and verification processes of Company’s B-BBEE scorecard
Review and report on progress against the B-BBEE & EE targets
Prepare reports of all elements of the B-BBEE scorecard – Ownership, Management Control, Skills Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development, and Socio-Economic Development, for purposes of strategic decision making by the Group Transformation Steering Committee.
Competencies
Essential:
Knowledge of BCEA, B-BBEE and code of Good Practice, EE, SDA, LRA, OHSA legislations
Strong numeracy and ability to interpret statistical information
Multilingual with strong proficiency in English.
Be able to analyze numerical data and large amounts of data
Ability to work under pressure and must be deadline-driven
Identify, establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Special conditions of employment:
Frequent traveling within South Africa.
