POSITION: Training Manager
SALARY: Compensation from LSL 383, 196.00 to LSL 613, 096.00, negotiable based on salary history and experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A four-year College/University degree in Education, Social Sciences or a related field; and a minimum of 5 years of experience with training design, implementation, and evaluation; and a Minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in managing, coaching, or supervising staff, building and leading teams, facilitating collaborative work environments and group projects, or related skills; OR
• At least two years of College/University in Education, Social Sciences or a related field; and a minimum of 8 years of experience with training design, implementation, and evaluation; and a Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success in managing, coaching, or supervising staff, building and leading teams, facilitating collaborative work environments and group projects, or related skills.
