CaseWorthy, Inc. is a leading Software provider for the Health and Human Social Services Market. We continuously improve our best-in-class product CaseWorthy to provide the best solution possible for our nonprofit customers.

We are looking for a Training and Documentation Specialist to join our Training team. This position will support the Training team in providing strong customer service to our end users. This person will also work with all other departments as needed to support the development of new solutions, as well as the sustaining of the existing application.

This position requires a strong understanding of training and documentation, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The Training and Documentation Specialist will report directly to the Training Manager.

JOB DUTIES

  • Develop and create instructional videos for varying purposes for both end users and internal use
  • Distill complex information obtained from Subject Matter Experts into clear, concise, user-friendly video training documentation
  • Ensure knowledge development for any new functionality.
  • Support and work closely within the organization to ensure documentation needs are accurate, concise, and meet the communication objectives
  • Monitors deadlines and adapts to changes in priorities, managing competing demands
  • Help facilitate effective communication among the organization
  • Proof and edit team members’ work

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years technology training and documentation experience
  • Video documentation experience
  • 2+ years remote working experience
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proven skill in producing software video training documentation
  • Ability to accurately communicate ideas and technical information
  • A strong communicator with excellent oral and written communications
  • Relationship building skills to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, editing, and proof-reading skills
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Ability to self-audit and have high-quality standards
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback to improve performance
  • Ability to take initiative and work with little supervision
  • Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills
  • Engaged, genuine, and transparent team member who practices empathy, tact, and discretion
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience working with specialty software such as Camtasia
  • If working remotely, ability to maintain and work from a home office during required business hours
  • Background in Non-profit or social work
  • Experience training a case management application
