WRES Senqu Bridge JV is a joint venture constituted for the execution of the Senqu Bridge project on behalf of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA). The project will be based on the A1 Road, at approximately 10km from Mokhotlong. The main works consist of the construction of a 16-span, continuous box girder deck constructed by the incrementally launched method, with a length of 825 meters, plus the related access roads. The expected duration of the project is 2.5 years.

Qualification/s Required
- National Diploma – Civils/Safety
- Valid certificates – H&S (SHE REP/WAH/ Incident investigation/ HIRA/Scaffold Inspector/Legal liability/First Aid/ Firefighting/ISO 9001/Hazmat etc.
- Driver’s License
Summary roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all training/ internships on project (Safety/ Civils/Compliance) and laisse with all stakeholders on site regarding training
requirements. - Conduct onsite training (Civils/Safety) additional as and when requested.
- Data capturing and record keeping.
- Oversee admin staff.
- Oversee Plant operator
- Training and recertification.
Relevant Work experience
10 years plus training – Safety/ Civils – Previous management positions in career
