We are looking for a Training and Development Expert to lead the training of incubator managers and mentors. The selected candidate will design and implement innovative programs tailored to the specific needs of our beneficiaries.
QUALIFICATION
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in training incubator managers and mentors.
- Specific Expertise: Proven ability to train professionals in complex environments.
- Academic Qualification: Degree in a business-related field.
- Other: Strong knowledge of Lesotho.
Estimated Contract Duration: 15 months.
