About the Project
BAM Group Foundation (BGF) is implementing a project funded under the WYDE | Women’s Leadership Initiative as a grantee. The programme aims to strengthen young women’s leadership, transform social norms, and enhance women’s participation in political and governance processes in Lesotho.
Purpose of the Assignment
BGF seeks experienced trainers and facilitators to be included in a roster for the delivery of training and facilitation services under the WYDE Women’s Leadership Initiative. Selected facilitators will be engaged as needed to deliver sessions related to leadership, advocacy, political literacy, mentorship, and dialogue.
Thematic Areas
Applicants may apply to be considered in one or more of the following thematic areas:
- Political Literacy
- Leadership Development
- Advocacy and Diplomacy
- Negotiation Skills
- Communication and Public Speaking
- Gender Equality / Feminist Leadership
- Disability Inclusion
Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Proven facilitation or training experience in one or more relevant thematic areas
- Experience in adult learning and training methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
