Your role will be to effectively and timeously trace, locate and contact customers who are in arrears in order to obtain payments for all Mr Price Group Credit Divisions.
- Your efforts will ensure that bad debt levels are reduced as you will negotiate suitable payment plans with customers.
- Customers are rehabilitated through excellent customer service standard.
- All customer communication is recorded on the Mr Price Group system.
- Filing and sending of letters and post cards to customers is done timeously.
- All customer queries are handled and resolved efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of the MS Office 2003 software package.
- Experience on Mr Price Group debtors system, Transunion ITC, Experian and Cybertel systems will be an advantage.
- A matric qualification and at least one years’ experience in Debt Collection will complete your profile.
- Be prepared to work the Night Shift (11:30 to 20:00 on week days)
