WRES Senqu Bridge JV is a joint venture constituted for the execution of the Senqu Bridge project on behalf of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA). The project will be based on the A1 Road, at approximately 10km from Mokhotlong. The main works consist of the construction of a 16-span, continuous box girder deck constructed by the incrementally launched method, with a length of 825 meters, plus the related access roads. The expected duration of the project is 3 years
Position: Tower Crane Operators

Qualification/s required
- Valid Certificate or License to operate tower cranes.
- Proven experience as a tower crane operator in a construction project.
- Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures and regulations.
- Physical stamina and the aility to work at heights.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and in a fastpaced environment
Main roles and Responsibilities
- Safely operate tower cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections of the crane to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other workers on the site to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Construction sector work experience: 5 years
