Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Tour Guide located in Maseru. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guided tours, providing information about the history and significance of various sites, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all tour participants, and assisting with sales of tour-related products. The Tour Guide will also need to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with diverse groups of visitors.
Qualifications
- Guided Tours and History knowledge
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales experience
- Ability to engage and inform diverse groups of people
- Enthusiastic about birds and wildlife conservation (preferred)
- Fluency in multiple languages (advantageous)
- High school diploma or equivalent
