The duration of the contract is for one (1) year, which may be renewable, but not exceeding 3 years based on the performance of the service provider (Caterer) and satisfaction of the client (Consumer) on the feedback given. Composition of the Tender
– Company Profile (Detailed)
– Valid and Relevant copy of Catering Licence (certified at source)
– Tax Clearance Certificate copy (Certified at Source)
– Offered Menu(s) should be attached and signed for
– Price per day per student (Clearly categorized indicating amount for meals offered, that is, Breakfast, morning tea Lunch and Supper)
OTHER ESSENTITAL TENDER REQUIRMENT
– Three months Bank (financial) statements
– 2 x references that are within a period of 5 years
– Experience of catering a large number of candidates for a period of not less than 1 year

Tenders should be deposited in the Tender Box at Roma College of Nursing premises on or before Friday 3rd June, 2022 at 11hrs00, which is the date for opening of Tenders.
Tenders will be opened at 12hrs30 in the presence of bidders on the same day.
NOTE: Roma College of Nursing is not obliged to opt for the Lowest bidder as other Criteria relating to the Tender will be considered.
