Overview
Revenue Services Lesotho invites interested and qualified consultants specialising in architectural design, professional technical studies, and construction supervision to submit proposals for the “Van Rooyen’s Gate Border Refurbishment Solution.”
The bidder must be ready to provide the required services upon award of the tender. All potential bidders must have a proven track record and be licensed to provide services of this nature.
Mandatory Documentation
All bidders must submit:
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company registration licences
- Copy of shareholding certificates
- Most recent annual financial statements
Bids without the required documents will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents will be available from 25 May 2026 to 11 June 2026 for a non-refundable fee of M500.00.
- Mandatory site visits may only be attended by bidders who have paid for and obtained the tender documents.
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti/Rand and must include all applicable taxes and duties.
- Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 hours on 10 July 2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Non-electronic tenders will not be accepted.
- Tender packaging and labelling requirements outlined in the RFP must be strictly followed or the bid will be disqualified.
