Overview
Revenue Services Lesotho invites interested and qualified suppliers/companies to submit proposals for training on customer service and care for service staff at all RSL touchpoints.
The proposed solution must equip employees with the required skills and knowledge, and inspire a mindset necessary to deliver consistent, professional, and customer-focused service. The bidder must be ready to deliver the work upon award of the tender.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bidders must have a proven track record
- Must be licensed to provide services of this nature
Mandatory Documents
All bidders must submit:
- Certified copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company registration licences
- Copy of shareholding certificates
- Most recent annual financial statements
Bids submitted without the above required documents will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents will be available from 5 May 2026 to 18 June 2026 at a non-refundable fee of M500.00.
- Invitations to the virtual pre-bid meeting will only be extended to bidders who have obtained the tender document.
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti/Rand and must include all applicable taxes and duties.
- Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 hours on 3 July 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Non-electronic tenders will not be accepted.
- Tender packaging and labelling requirements as specified in the RFP must be strictly adhered to; failure to comply will result in disqualification.

- Final date for submission of written questions (email): 23 June 2026 at 17:00
- Distribution of final questions and answers: 25 June 2026 at 17:00

- Public opening of bids: 3 July 2026 at 12:30
