Procurement: The Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of an Enterprise Wi-Fi and Network Security Solution
Invitation to Bid
The Roads Directorate has allocated funds for the procurement of an Enterprise Wi-Fi and Network Security Solution and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of an Enterprise Wi-Fi and Network Security Solution.
Bidding is open to legally registered suppliers who meet the qualification requirements specified in the Bidding Documents.
Procurement Method
Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2023, the Public Procurement Regulations, and the provisions of the Bidding Documents.
Inspection of Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address provided under the addresses section below during normal working hours from 08:00 hours to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.
Purchase of Bidding Documents
The Bidding Documents, prepared in the English language, may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Maloti (LSL 5,000.00).
Payment for the tender documents shall be made by transfer or deposit into the following bank account:

Proof of payment must be presented to the Roads Directorate.
Facilities will also be available for purchasing the tender documents by POS/swiping at the Finance Division (Room G03), Roads Directorate Headquarters.
Submission of Bids
Bids must be delivered to the address specified under the addresses section below on or before 13 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration in the form specified in the Bidding Documents.
Late bids shall not be accepted.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened publicly on 13 August 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the address specified under the addresses section below, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
Compulsory Pre-bid Meeting and Site Visit
A compulsory pre-bid meeting and site visit shall be held at the Roads Directorate Ground Floor Boardroom on 30 July 2026 at 10:30 a.m.
Attendance at the compulsory pre-bid meeting and site visit is mandatory for all bidders.

Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing within the period specified in the Bid Data Sheet. The Procuring Entity shall respond to all requests for clarification in accordance with the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders.
