Invitation
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit has received funding from the Global Fund to fight against HIV, AIDS, Tuberculosis in Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of the supply, printing and delivery of IEC materials.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address provided below between 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours.

Submission of Bids
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 08:00 hours on or before 2 September 2026 at 10:00 hours.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration valid until 18 February 2027.
Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:15 hours on 2 September 2026.
Pre-Bid Meeting
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
