Tender Title: Supply of Vehicles
1. Introduction
The Ministry of Natural Resources, through its Department of Water Affairs, has received funding from the Government of Lesotho (GoL) to procure:
- One (1) Truck with Crane
- One (1) 800L Clean Water Tanker
Eligible and competent bidders are invited to submit sealed tenders for the supply of these vehicles.
2. Tender Issuance and Submission Details
- Tender Issue Date: 18 September 2025
- Closing Date: 22 October 2025 at 10:00 AM
- Tender Opening: 22 October 2025 at 10:30 AM
- Location: Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministerial Boardroom, Bokamoso Business Suite, 2nd Floor, Orpen Road, Opposite Centre for Accounting Studies, Maseru
Tender Document Access:
- Available at the Department of Water Affairs (Procurement Unit)
- Fee: M500.00 (non-refundable), payable in cash at the DWA Accounts Office (next to Government Complex)
- Collection Period: 17 September – 15 October 2025
- Receipt must be presented to the Procurement Unit to collect the tender document
Submission Requirements:
- Submit one (1) original and four (4) hard copies
- Place in a sealed envelope with no bidder identification
- Clearly mark the envelope:
“Supply of Vehicles REF: MNR/VEHICLES/2025/2026 – BATCH 2” - Deposit in the Ministry’s Tender Box located next to the Ministerial Boardroom, Bokamoso Business Suite, 2nd Floor
