Title: Supply of Office Furniture for NICR

The Ministry of Home Affairs and Police has been allocated/received funds from the Government of Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of Office Furniture for the Department of NICR.

1. Invitation to Bidders

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Goods.

2. Bidding Method

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.

3. Inspection and Purchase of Bidding Documents

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a), from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during working days.

The Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of M200.

Method of payment: Cash.
Receipt of the document will be upon proof of payment.

4. Submission of Bids

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) on or before the stated closing date and time.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of M42,000.00 per lot or a Bid Securing Declaration.

Bid securities or Bid Securing Declarations must be valid for 90 days.

Late bids shall be rejected.

5. Bid Opening

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d).

6. Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit

There shall not be a pre-bid meeting/site visit.
