Invitation to Bidders
The Ministry of Home Affairs and Police has been allocated/received funds from the Government of Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of staff uniforms for the Department of Immigration.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above goods.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Competitive Tendering method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below under Documents for Inspection, from 09:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during working days.
Purchase of Bidding Documents
The Bidding Document, prepared in the English language, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of M200.00.
The method of payment will be cash. Receipt of the document will be upon proof of payment.
Submission of Bids
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before:
Deadline: 7 October 2026 at 12:30 p.m.
All bids for Lot 1 must be accompanied by a bid security of M8,000.00.
Bids for Lot 2 must be accompanied by a bid security of M15,000.00.
Bid securities must be valid for 90 days.
NB: Bids for Lot 1 and Lot 2 are independent.
Late bids shall be rejected.
Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit
There shall be no pre-bid meeting/site visit.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
