TENDER NOTICE
Supply of Cleaning and Hygiene Services
Reference: RSL/BE/SCM/02/11/2025
The Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) invites interested and qualified suppliers/companies to submit proposals for the Supply of Cleaning and Hygiene Services. Successful bidders must be ready to provide the required services upon award of the tender. All bidders must demonstrate a proven track record and hold valid licenses for providing such services.
Bidders must attach the following mandatory documents:
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company registration license
- Shareholding certificate(s)
- Most recent annual financial statements
Bids missing any of the above minimum requirements will be disqualified.
The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) document, including full requirements and specifications, will be issued via email starting 28 November 2025 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders may contact the Supply Chain Management Office at the email address listed below.
Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents will be available from 28 November 2025 to 06 January 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00.
Mandatory site visits may only be attended by bidders who have purchased the tender documents. - All prices must be quoted in Maloti/Rand, inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.
- Bids must be submitted electronically no later than 05 February 2026 at 12:00 hours.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Non-electronic submissions will not be accepted.
- All tender packaging and labelling requirements outlined in the RFP must be adhered to — failure to do so will result in disqualification.
