TENDER NOTICE
Supply, Installation and Configuration of Cybersecurity Awareness Platform
Tender Reference: RSL/BE/SCM/02/08/25
Introduction
The Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) invites qualified and competent original manufacturers (not resellers) specializing in the supply, installation, and configuration of a Cybersecurity Awareness Platform to submit proposals.
The successful bidder will be expected to:
- Deliver the work upon award of the tender.
- Train RSL staff members who will administer and use the platform.
All potential bidders must have a proven track record and be licensed to provide services of this nature.
Mandatory Requirements
All bidders must attach:
- Certified copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificates.
- Company registration licenses.
- Copy of shareholding certificates.
- Most recent annual financial statements for RSL to assess financial strength and capability.
Bids without these required minimum documents shall be disqualified.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Document
The detailed RFP document indicating all requirements and specifications shall, upon request, be sent via email from 25th August 2025 at 10:00 am.

Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents will be available at a non-refundable tender deposit of M500.00.
- The price quoted in the bids must be in Maloti/Rand and include all applicable taxes and duties.
- Bids must be submitted not later than 12:00 hours on 10th October 2025 and will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Non-electronic tenders will not be accepted.
- Detailed tender packaging and labeling requirements in the RFP must be adhered to, or this will lead to disqualification.
