Mandatory Requirements
- Valid and relevant Trader’s License/Business Identity Card
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Bona Fide Certificate (completed and signed by authorized representative; total cost written on certificate)
- Bid Security: 10% of total cost, valid for three months, with a completed bid security declaration form (from supplier’s bank)
- Bid validity: 90 days from closing date
- Three envelopes:
- Outer envelope: “Supply, Delivery, Installation of Devil Fork Galvanized and Gabion Wall”
- Inner envelopes: “Technical Bid” (original + 4 copies), “Financial Bid” (original + 4 copies)
- Compulsory site visit: Tuesday, 7 October 2025, 09:00–12:00, IEC Central Warehouse (next to WASCO Industrial Area)
- Ministry of Public Works Registration Certificate
- Two current reference letters for similar work (within last two years)
- Access to credit facilities of 70% of quoted price (from a bank)
- VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Companies must tender for all items
- Payment after delivery
- No electronic bidding permitted
- Unavailability of mandatory documents will lead to disqualification
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- 5% source tax will be deducted from payments
- IEC will not be a signatory to any bank confirmation letter or financial institution letter regarding payment terms
