Supply, Delivery, Installation, Customisation and Commissioning of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
Reference: LEGCO/ERP/01/2025-2026
1. Funding
Lesotho Electricity Generation Company has allocated/received funds to be used for the supply, delivery, installation, customisation and commissioning of an Enterprise Resource Planning System.
2. Invitation to Bid
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
3. Bidding Procedures
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act of 2023 and is competitive to all bidders.
4. Inspection of Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below under section 8(a), from 8:00 a.m to 16:30 p.m.
5. Issuance of Bidding Documents
The bidding document, which has been prepared in English, may be requested by interested bidders at section 8(b).
6. Submission of Bids
- Bids must be delivered to the address listed in section 8(c) at or before [insert time and date].
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Five Thousand Maloti Only (M5,000.00).
- Bid securities must be valid for 118 Days.
- Late bids shall be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address in 8(d) at 11:30 a.m on 25 July 2025.
7. Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit
There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit at N/A on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
