BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDERING
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Outdoor Digital LED Display Screens at Strategic Locations in Maseru – MCC/LED/01/2025
1. Funding
The Maseru City Council has allocated funds from the Government of Lesotho to be used for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Outdoor Digital LED Display Screens at strategic locations in Maseru.
2. Invitation for Bids
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
3. Bidding Method
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act, 2023 and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Inspection of Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 16th November 2025.
5. Obtaining Bidding Documents
- Soft Copy: Available at no cost from the Procurement Section, Finance Department, 3rd Floor, MoonStar Building, Kingsway, Opposite Main Traffic Circle, Maseru 100, Lesotho.
- Hard Copy: Available for a non-refundable fee of LSL 500.00 between 09:00–16:30 on normal business days from 16th November 2025.
- Payment Methods: Cash, card, or mobile money (EFT/Ecocash/Mpesa) at MCC cashier.
6. Bid Submission
Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the reception area at the address below at 8(c) on or before 8th January 2026.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration, valid until 19th May 2026.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 10:15 am.
7. Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit
A pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held on 28th November 2025 as per the schedule in this notice.
